01General Terms & Conditions

Khirkiya (referred to herein as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform. • Khirkiya reserves the right to close any account at any time if it was registered using false information.

03Age Requirements

Khirkiya may request proof of age from any user at any time for verification purposes. Failure to provide such proof may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all transactions on Khirkiya:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal via Same Method: Withdrawals are generally processed through the same method used for your deposit.
• KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Khirkiya reserves the right to suspend or investigate any transaction to prevent suspicious activity or money laundering.
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance. Funds from bonuses only become withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.

05Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Khirkiya:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — unless Khirkiya offers a cashout option.
• Khirkiya reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is completely cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If one leg of a parlay or accumulator bet is voided, the payout will be recalculated based on the remaining legs.
• Any bet suspected of being linked to match-fixing or unfair advantage will be voided and the associated account will be investigated.
• Maximum bet amounts vary by event and market. Limits are clearly displayed for each market.

For live betting, odds may occasionally shift due to network delays. Khirkiya will always pay out based on the odds displayed at the time the bet was accepted, unless a technical error occurred in the system.

06Bonuses & Promotions

Khirkiya offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, but the general rules are:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (e.g., you must bet 10–20x the bonus amount). Withdrawals are not permitted until these conditions are met.
• Bonus Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period ends.
• Each bonus is redeemable once: Each promotional offer may be used by a single user only once.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation will result in the bonus being forfeited and the account being suspended.
• Khirkiya reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

07Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limit: You can set a maximum deposit amount per day, week, or month.
• Loss Limit: Set your own limit on the maximum amount you can lose within a given time period.

• Violation of any law or regulatory obligation.
• Abusive behavior toward other users or staff.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded, but all bonus balances will be forfeited.
